Make your first contact memorable. Be concise, honest, friendly and open. If you’re just making an enquiry and not ready to confirm a booking, please be honest and tell me your intentions. If you do want to arrange an appointment, please suggest the best time for you (don't just write "Any time” or “Soon”) and tell me the hotel where you will be staying. Please treat me with the same respect that you would extend to your girlfriend or lover and I will respond positively. It sounds simple, but unfortunately some men can be very demanding and inconsiderate. Remember...You may not get a second chance to make a first impression!
